Cancellations
Deposit non-refundable within 7 days of scheduled service date. Company-initiated rescheduling will not forfeit deposit.

Authorization
Customer must be legal property owner or have full authority to authorize work.

Hazards
Customer responsible for marking all underground utilities, septic, irrigation, wells, and other hazards before work begins.

SMS consent
By providing a phone number, customer consents to calls and texts for estimates, scheduling, updates, billing, and marketing.

Photography
Vickco may photograph job sites before, during, and after for documentation and marketing. Customer may opt out in writing.
